Take a breath!

Take a Breath Take one as you read the title. Do you remember when you took the previous breath knowingly last time. I guess not very recently for many of you. Isn't it so mean of us to forget and take for granted the very source of our living. It's not before we develop shortness of breath that we realise the importance of this basic process of breathing. Let's introduce ourselves to our breath today. Amused? May be , but this introduction is essential. Not just introduction, but frequent meetings and daily association... How to do this? To begin, you may need to close your eyes, stay relaxed and keep a smile of content. Focus on the entrance of your nostrils and just be observant of the in & out movement of air. You may be tempted to take a deep breath. You may, but not absolutely necessary. Focus is to just follow the natural pace of breath.
